Important Information Regarding Parsippany PAL Rentals

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         An insurance certificate naming the Parsippany PAL and the Township of Parsippany Troy Hills as additional insured must be obtained and submitted to the PAL for every rental.  Click Here for insurance requirements

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to book / hold a date. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Check with the PAL office to see if date / time is available before announcing your event. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Remember rentals are not booked until 25% non-refundable deposit and insurance certificate is delivered and accepted by the PAL. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Make sure you receive a written contract from PAL 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Make sure you sign, date, and return the contract to the PAL. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Make sure you receive an invoice from the PAL. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         You must provide a floor plan for event 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Fire permits must be issued for every event. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Payment in full must be received by the PAL 7 days in advance of event. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Contract terms and fees are not negotiable. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         Rental is specifically for the rooms specified.  Attendees must remain in the room contracted for.  i.e. no children running in hallways, gyms, using computers etc. 

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         All rentals require the payment of a clean-up fee.

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         All rentals with expected attendance of over 125 people require an extra PAL Staff person to be on duty.

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         At the PALÃ??Ã?¢??s discretion Security may be required.

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         PAL Staff is here to maintain the building and not to run your event.  Please be prepared with your own staff and supplies.  The PAL cannot provide, tape, tacks etc.

Ã???Ã??Ã?·         No duct tape, packing tape, etc can be used on walls, floors tables etc.  Blue / green painters tape can be used and must be removed at the end of the event.
